THE COACHING PROCESS

For any of you that have endured the torture of playing golf with me, many have said, “Larry, you need some private lessons.”  I’m certain that is true for my golf game. If I had a coach, I would certainly gain more fulfillment from playing golf and in life.    

I have seen a lot of ministers through the years that could really use a coach. Years ago I got certified by Coach Net. I want to coach Pastors, Church Planters and Re-planters right now!
  

We offer a coaching process that everyone can afford! Your first session is FREE! We maintain complete confidentiality for our clients.

1. DISCOVERY: We ask our clients to conduct two on-line assessments. These assessments are necessary and will be the content of your first session.

  • Uniquely You Assessment: Helps both businesses and faith-based groups. Uniquely You’s faith-based mission is to be a Christ-centered, Bible-based ministry dedicated to empowering and equipping Christians through discovering their giftedness. Serving Corporate America by providing Human Resources, Uniquely You specializes in Human Behavior Science from a secular and / or biblical perspective.
  • Gallup’s Strength Finders Assessment: The Clifton Strengths assessment measures your talents — your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving — and categorizes them into the 34 Clifton Strengths themes.

2. THE RIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS: Your coaching will be customized to fit you and your ministry! This, allows us to recommend the right programs, and to deliver a personalized experience through leading to greater change & growth.

3. FREE RESOURCES: Coaching will include the following resources for FREE!

  • Devotional thoughts
  • Insight articles on current Leadership and Church issues
  • Book Reviews
  • Archives of articles on leadership and the Church
  • Downloads of white papers and eBooks.


I NEED A COACH

If you are interested in coaching take two steps:

  1. Agree to be coached for six months. That is a scheduled one-hour appointment ONCE a month via Zoom. YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE!
  2. Make a commitment to be held accountable to use what you are learning to expand the Kingdom!
